REFUND POLICY: If the owner should choose to terminate the program, we offer a refund of any unused sessions remaining. The exceptions to this are: 1. The $60 deposit is not refundable for any reason, should the owner choose to cancel the program prior to the first session.
2. If the owner requests to reschedule a session/sessions, but then ends all communication and we are unable to get in contact, no refund will be issued.

PAYMENT POLICY: Payment is due in full at the start of the first session. Accepted forms of payment are cash or personal check.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation of an individual session is counted as a completed session regardless of reason or advanced notice. We will try our best to accommodate rescheduling requests and reason for cancellations will be taken into consideration, but we can make no guarantees of rescheduling possibilities, and all make-up sessions are subject to additional charge.

HEALTH POLICY: We require that all dogs in the household are up to date on Rabies and Distemper Combo (DHPP) vaccines. For clients using our affiliate facility, Bordatella is also required. We require that the dog’s vaccinations stay up-to-date during the training course. Should the vaccinations expire during the course of the program, any scheduled sessions will be forfeit until the dog is properly vaccinated. These missed sessions will be counted as completed sessions and not refunded in any way.

COOPERATION POLICY: We expect 100% cooperation, adherence to all aspects of the training program, and consistency from all family members. The owner is the one ultimately responsible for the dog’s final outcome. Every dog is an individual and is subject to unpredictable behavior. Therefore, we make no guarantees regarding the outcome of training.

The use of any other dog trainer/training program is strictly prohibited during the course of training with Dog Training by Indi. The use of any equipment including: choke chains, prong collars, and shock collars, is prohibited during the program without receiving consent from the trainer.
